Arizent Reveals Best Workplaces in Fintech 2022
The fifty companies show how tech companies can retain and attract top talent
NEW YORK, June 2, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Arizent and Best Companies Group announced the 2022 Best Workplaces in Fintech.
This annual survey and awards program was established in 2017 and is designed to identify, recognize and honor top fintech employers. The companies recognized on this year’s list operate and serve businesses and consumers in a wide range of financial services, including banking and mortgages, insurance, payments and financial advisory.
“This year, the competition for tech talent has intensified across the country,” said Penny Crosman, editor, technology at American Banker. “The fintechs that made our list this year have beefed up incentive plans, health care coverage, 401(k) contributions, leave and sabbatical policies, pandemic support, and other benefits to attract and retain data scientists, developers, program managers and other in-demand experts.”
The five best places to work in Fintech in 2022 are:
1. MPower Funding
2. Funding the ascent
3. Green tick checked
5. IntraFi Network
To be considered for participation, companies must provide products, services or technology solutions that enable the delivery of financial services. Companies must also have been in operation for at least one year and employ at least 15 people in the United States.
Businesses from everywhere United States participated in a two-part survey process to determine Arizent’s best places to work in fintech. The first part involved evaluating each nominated company’s policies, practices, philosophy, systems and workplace demographics. The second part was an employee survey to measure staff experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the entire registration and survey process, analyzed the data and determined the final ranking.
